![]() The everyday struggle of getting all dressed or dolled up when you work outside of your comfort zone, for one, is a huge weight taken off your shoulders when you know you will just enjoy the whole day off at home. But among these preparations, one thing that you should never neglect is taking care of your oral health. The simple task of brushing your teeth every single day is a big step to overall health and wellbeing. Twice the Habit You put all sorts of food and beverages in our mouth that sometimes or rather, most of the times there are foods with high level of acidity or sugar that you are not aware about. Make it to a point that you have the routine of brushing your teeth first thing in the morning when you wake up and most importantly before bedtime. You can brush more than two times a day and in between but morning and before bedtime is the most ideal. Besides brushing, it is also required that you incorporate it with flossing. Flossing your teeth is enough to get rid of stubborn food that gets stuck in between your teeth. Eating HealthyEven when you are home, keep in mind that eating healthy food is still the best way to help your body fight off bacteria or any threat that could weaken your immune system. Fruits and vegetables are always the best foods that will keep you out of trouble. Eating foods that are rich in vitamin C is best to keep your gums and teeth healthy.Start taking extra care of your teeth now and visit our office for professional advice and dental checkup. |
